cwd Platform Account Terms
When you create an account on cwd, you accept our terms of service governing your use of our sportsbook, live-dealer casino, slot games, and esports markets. Our terms apply to all players in supported jurisdictions and outline your responsibilities, our policies on deposits and withdrawals, dispute resolution, and the conditions under which we may suspend or close your account.
These terms are not a substitute for your local law. Our services are available only where local law permits. You are responsible for verifying that your access to and use of cwd comply with your own jurisdiction's applicable law. If our terms conflict with mandatory local law in your jurisdiction, local law takes precedence.
This page covers the key terms governing your cwd account. We encourage you to read them carefully before opening an account or making your first deposit. If you have questions about any term, contact our support team.
Account opening and eligibility on cwd
To open a cwd account, you must be at least the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction (typically 18 or over). You provide us with your name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and postal address. We verify this information during your first deposit—this is a one-time identity check required by anti-money-laundering regulations in the jurisdictions where we operate.
We require a valid form of identification (national ID, passport, or driver's licence) during verification. Your identity data is encrypted and stored securely. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or to process your withdrawals.
You agree to provide accurate information. If we discover that your account was opened using false or misleading information, we may suspend your account and forfeit any balance as permitted by law. You may not open multiple accounts under different names or identities. If we identify duplicate accounts, we may consolidate them or close all but one at our discretion.
Geographic and jurisdiction restrictions on cwd
cwd's services are available only where local law permits. We do not knowingly offer our services in jurisdictions where online gaming, sportsbook wagering, or casino operations are prohibited by law. If you access cwd from a prohibited jurisdiction, you do so at your own risk and against our stated policy.
We reserve the right to restrict access from certain countries or IP ranges without notice. If you attempt to access cwd from a prohibited jurisdiction, your account may be suspended or closed. Any funds remaining in your account will be processed as a withdrawal to your registered payment method.
Deposits, withdrawals, and balance management
We accept deposits via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet (from mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet), and bank transfer. All deposits are processed instantly once payment confirmation is received from your bank or e-wallet provider. Your cwd balance updates immediately and is available for wagering, live casino play, or slots.
We do not charge deposit fees. Your balance belongs to you and is held in trust. We maintain segregated accounts so that player funds are kept separate from operational funds. If cwd becomes insolvent, your balance is protected under applicable segregation rules.
To withdraw, you request a payout to your registered payment method. Withdrawals are processed during business hours (Monday–Sunday, 10:00–22:00 local time). Processing typically completes within one business day, though your bank may take additional time to credit your account. We do not charge withdrawal fees, but your bank may.
Withdrawal holds and verification
We may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal if we need to verify your identity or investigate unusual activity. This hold typically lasts no more than 24 hours. If we suspect fraud or regulatory violation, we may delay processing and conduct a more thorough investigation before releasing your funds.
We do not freeze accounts arbitrarily. If your account is frozen pending investigation, we will notify you and explain the reason. You have the right to appeal any decision to freeze or close your account by contacting our support team.
Our cwd account policies and prohibited conduct
You agree not to use cwd for illegal purposes, money laundering, fraud, or circumvention of sanctions. You may not engage in market manipulation, bonus abuse, or collusion with other players. You may not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access cwd unless explicitly authorised by us.
We prohibit the following on cwd:
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or claim duplicate bonuses.
- Engaging in "bonus hunting"—opening an account solely to claim a promotional bonus, then closing the account.
- Exploiting technical glitches or software bugs. If you discover a bug, report it to our support team rather than exploiting it.
- Sharing your account credentials with another person or accessing another player's account.
- Using cwd to launder money or conduct illegal transactions.
- Harassment, threats, or abusive conduct toward our staff or other players.
If we discover that you've engaged in prohibited conduct, we may suspend or close your account and forfeit any balance. We may also report your conduct to relevant authorities if required by law.
Odds, settlement, and game integrity on cwd
On our sportsbook, odds are set by our traders and reflect current market conditions. Odds may change before you place your bet; if you do not accept the new odds, your bet slip expires. Once you confirm a bet, the odds lock in and cannot be changed.
We settle wagers according to official results as announced by the relevant sporting body (Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League, Premier League, etc. for football; official badminton or MotoGP results for other sports). If a match is postponed, abandoned, or voided, we settle affected wagers according to our published rules.
Our live-dealer games and slots use certified random number generators (RNG). All outcomes are genuinely random. We do not manipulate results, and we do not retain the right to void a winning wager simply because the payout is large. If you win, you are paid according to the odds and stake you agreed to.
Our liability and dispute resolution
To the fullest extent permitted by law, cwd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform. This includes loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you have deposited on cwd in the preceding 12 months.
If you have a dispute with cwd, you must notify us in writing within 30 days of the disputed transaction or event. We will investigate and respond within 14 days. If you remain unsatisfied, you may escalate to our management team or seek dispute resolution through your jurisdiction's relevant authority (consumer protection agency, gambling regulator, etc.).
We do not recognise disputes raised more than 90 days after the relevant event unless you provide evidence of extraordinary circumstances (e.g., account compromise, technical fault on our end).
Suspension, closure, and your rights on cwd
We may suspend your account without notice if we suspect fraudulent activity, regulatory violation, or breach of these terms. We will notify you of suspension and the reason if legally permitted to do so.
We may close your account permanently if:
- You violate these terms repeatedly.
- You engage in illegal activity or money laundering.
- We determine that serving you creates regulatory or legal risk for cwd.
- You request permanent closure (which we will process within 30 days).
- Your jurisdiction becomes unsupported (e.g., new local restrictions on online gaming).
If we close your account, any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method within 30 days. You retain the right to request a copy of your transaction history for your records.
Account recovery and data deletion
If your account is compromised (you believe your password or account has been accessed without authorisation), contact our support team immediately. We can freeze your account pending investigation and help you regain access. To recover your account, we will verify your identity and require you to set a new password.
Upon account closure, we retain transaction records for legal compliance (typically 5–7 years). We delete personal data (name, address, contact details) upon request, subject to applicable law and after the mandatory retention period expires.
Changes to our cwd terms and conditions
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may close your account before the effective date. Your continued use of cwd after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Minor clarifications or administrative updates may take effect immediately without 30-day notice.
Your rights and our commitments
We at cwd commit to operating transparently and fairly. You have the right to:
- Access a complete history of your transactions, wagers, and account activity at any time via your cwd dashboard.
- Request a copy of your personal data in a portable format (subject to applicable data protection law).
- Request closure of your account and withdrawal of any remaining balance.
- Dispute a wager settlement if you believe it was incorrect, provided you raise the dispute within 7 days.
- Appeal any account suspension or closure decision by contacting our management team.
- File a complaint with your jurisdiction's gambling regulator or consumer protection authority if you believe we have violated local law.
We commit to protecting your data through SSL encryption and secure storage. We commit to settling all wagers fairly according to our published rules. We commit to processing your withdrawals promptly during business hours. We commit to responding to support inquiries during stated operating hours.
If you have questions about your account, these terms, or our policies, contact our support team via in-app chat or email. We respond to all inquiries during business hours (Monday–Sunday, 10:00–22:00 local time). For account verification or KYC issues, we may require additional documentation, which we will request via email.
