cwd Privacy Policy

This page describes what we collect when you use cwd and how we keep that data protected. We take your privacy seriously—your personal information, payment details, and account activity are encrypted and stored securely. We do not sell your data to third parties, and we only share information with payment processors and compliance partners when necessary to operate our platform.

Our privacy practices comply with applicable data protection standards in the jurisdictions where we operate. If you access cwd from Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, or Semarang, your data is handled according to local law. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have over your information.

Last updated: This policy is current as of the date shown in your account settings. We may update it if our practices change; we will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.

What data we collect on cwd

We collect data in three categories: account information, transaction data, and technical data.

Account information

When you sign up for cwd, we collect your full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and residential address. We also collect government-issued ID details (passport, national ID, or driver's license) during account verification. This information is required to comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations in supported jurisdictions.

We use your email to send account notifications (login alerts, password resets, promotional updates if you opt in). We use your phone number for two-factor authentication and account recovery. Your address is verified during KYC to confirm your identity and jurisdiction eligibility.

Transaction data

We record every deposit, withdrawal, and wager you place on cwd. This includes the amount, payment method (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank transfer), timestamp, and outcome. We retain this data for a minimum of five years to comply with financial record-keeping laws.

We do not store full payment card numbers or bank account numbers on our servers. Payment details are tokenised—we store only a reference token that our payment processor uses to process future transactions. Your actual bank account or card data remains with the payment processor, not with cwd.

Technical data

We collect technical information about your device and connection: your IP address, device type (Android, iOS, desktop), browser type, and approximate location (country/region level, not street address). We use this data to detect fraud, prevent account takeovers, and improve our platform's performance.

We also collect session data—how long you stay logged in, which games or sportsbook sections you access, and how often you use cwd. This helps us understand user behaviour and optimise the platform. We do not track individual bet outcomes or game results for marketing purposes; we only aggregate this data to improve user experience.

Cookies: We use cookies to maintain your login session and remember your preferences (language, theme). We do not use cookies for third-party advertising or tracking. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect cwd's functionality.

How we use your data

We use your data for five primary purposes:

  • Account management: We verify your identity, process deposits and withdrawals, and manage your account settings.
  • Compliance: We comply with AML, KYC, and tax reporting requirements in supported jurisdictions. We may share your data with regulatory authorities if legally required.
  • Fraud prevention: We analyse transaction patterns to detect suspicious activity. If we suspect fraud, we may freeze your account pending investigation.
  • Platform improvement: We use aggregated data to improve cwd's performance, fix bugs, and add features.
  • Communication: We send you account notifications, security alerts, and (if you opt in) promotional updates about new games or payment methods.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling beyond fraud detection. We do not sell your data to advertisers, data brokers, or third-party marketers.

Third-party processors and data sharing

We share your data with the following third parties only as necessary to operate cwd:

  • Payment processors: mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, and our bank partners (local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking) receive your payment details to process deposits and withdrawals. These processors are bound by their own privacy policies and data protection agreements.
  • Live-dealer studios: Our live casino partners receive your username and session ID to stream games to your device. They do not receive your personal information or payment details.
  • Compliance partners: We may share your identity information with third-party KYC verification services to confirm your eligibility and jurisdiction.
  • Legal authorities: If required by law, we may disclose your data to government agencies, law enforcement, or courts.

We do not transfer your data outside the jurisdiction where you reside unless necessary for payment processing or compliance. If our servers are located outside your jurisdiction, your data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Data Retention: We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we retain transaction records for five years (for compliance), then delete personal information upon request, subject to applicable law.

Your rights and how to exercise them

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights over your data:

  • Right to access: You can request a copy of all data we hold about you. We will provide this within 30 days.
  • Right to correction: If your personal information is inaccurate, you can request we correct it. You can also update your account details directly in your cwd settings.
  • Right to deletion: You can request we delete your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements (e.g., transaction records for compliance).
  • Right to data portability: You can request we provide your data in a portable format (e.g., CSV) so you can transfer it to another service.
  • Right to object: You can opt out of promotional emails and non-essential communications at any time via your account settings or by contacting our support team.

To exercise any of these rights, contact our support team via email or in-app chat. We will verify your identity before processing your request and respond within 30 days.

Security measures on cwd

We protect your data using industry-standard security practices. All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using SSL/TLS. Your password is hashed and salted—we never store it in plain text. Your account is protected by optional two-factor authentication (2FA), which we recommend enabling if you've deposited funds.

Our servers are hosted on secure infrastructure with restricted access. We conduct regular security audits and penetration testing to identify and fix vulnerabilities. If we discover a data breach, we will notify affected users within 72 hours and provide guidance on protecting your account.

However, no security system is perfect. We cannot guarantee absolute protection against all threats. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and logging out of cwd on shared devices.
